01 Who Is the Data Controller?

The party that develops and operates this app is the data controller under this policy. You can reach us from the Settings section inside the app, or via the email address at the bottom of this page.

02 What Data Do We Collect?

Account data: your email address and password (for authentication).

Your baby's data (entered by you, as parent or legal guardian):

Name, date of birth, sex, delivery type, photo (optional).
Feeding, sleep, diaper change, pumping, medication, and bath/care logs.
Growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference) and WHO percentile comparisons.
Health records: fever, symptoms, vaccine schedule, teething information, doctor appointments.
Memory photos and your own notes.

Your own data: your postpartum recovery details, completed exercises, and your favorite recipe/story/music picks.

The app does not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

03 How Do We Use Your Data?

To provide the app's core functionality (tracking, charts, reminders).
To offer personalized exercise, recipe, and content suggestions based on your baby's age and data.
To keep your account secure and respond to support requests.

Your data is never sold for advertising or shared with third parties.

04 Where Is Your Data Stored?

Data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure (a PostgreSQL database plus authentication service). Access is restricted at the database level with row-level security policies — you can only access baby records linked to your own account.

05 A Note on Children's Data

The app is not designed for direct use by children under 13. Any information about a baby is entered and managed exclusively by their parent or legal guardian, on the baby's behalf. This data is treated as sensitive health information and is used solely for the app's core function.

06 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable data protection law (such as the GDPR) may give you the right, through the app or by contacting us, to:

Find out what data of yours is being processed,
Request a copy of your data,
Ask for incorrect or incomplete data to be corrected,
Permanently delete your account and all associated baby records via Settings → Delete My Account.

07 Data Retention Period

Your data is kept for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all associated records are permanently removed from the database.

08 Third-Party Services

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Pixabay — in-app sleep sounds are streamed from an external CDN under the royalty-free Pixabay Content License; playing them connects your device to Pixabay's servers.

09 Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. You'll be notified in-app of any significant changes.
