Request to Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your Bebio account and all records for your baby both from inside the app and right here, without opening it.

Method 1 — From Inside the App (fastest)

Open the Bebio app and sign in.
Progress→⚙ Settings(top right)
In the Account section, tap "Delete My Account."
Shown in red, at the bottom of the Account card.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
This happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Method 2 — Without Opening the App (from this page)

Even if you've deleted the app or lost access to your account, you can request deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your account. Your request is processed within 30 days.

This action cannot be undone. When your account is deleted, all of your baby's feeding, sleep, growth, health, vaccine, appointment, memory, and note records are permanently erased.
